Vintage 1998 The WALT DISNEY COMPANY Issued Stock Certificate 5 Shares - Framed. The photo showing the certificate in the frame has been blurred to hide the identity of the name on the certificate.

Other photos have a white folded piece of paper covering the name. The Walt Disney Company issued 5 shares stock certificate Nov. Uncancelled, but not transferable nor reedemable. The Walt Disney Company ceased issuing these certificates years ago.

Printed signature of COB Michael Eisner. Printed by Jeffries Banknote Company. In very good condition with 2 folds and some small creases. It includes a double mat board in a wood frame under glass. The certificate is taped in two places to the mat board and I have not tried to remove the tape because I don't want to risk tearing it. Please see photos for exact condition.
