Cel comes professionally framed and double-matted with a black inner-mat, white outer-mat, and a black metal frame. Framed cel measures 13.5" wide x 12.25" high and looks outstanding! Framing and matting are in new condition, cel was also in excellent shape prior to framing. Image is in great shape.
