/15 Tea Time Mary Poppins Cel Julie Andrews Dick Van Dyke Signed Auto Disney COA

Disney Mary Poppins Tea Time Cell signed by Julie Andrews and Dick Van Dyke. Disney COA is on the back. This is the rare HC serial numbered out of /15 mentioned on the Disney COA on the back of the frame. All the other dual signed Mary Poppins cels are serial numbered out of /500. From what I understand the /15 were hand selected out of all the cels produced for the artists and creators. They set aside the best ones and serial numbered them /15. One thing that doesn't stand out in the photos is that the penguins are imposed over the top of the photo. That, along with the autographs, is what makes this piece so special and incredibly Disney! These often have bad broken corners 9n the frame.

This one has a red spot and a paint chip on the back side of that same red corner. Can be touched up with some paint or left as is. Its on the bottom corner so no one will see it anyway.

Quite minor in comparison to the rest you may have seen.
