A few almost puncture holes on the paper backing on backside. Has a large white and black sticker with a number registered to the Walt Disney World Company recognizing it as an original autograph with guaranteed authenticity.

On the paper where the autograph is, there are a couple stains/spots. It also appears to be just slightly off center in the small window.
