Disney I LOVE YOU Sericel 1994 Mickey and Minnie Mouse Certificate Framed 1

This is a previously owned 1994 SERICEL by DISNEY. I LOVE YOU with Mickey Mouse and Minnie. Framed in a metal red frame under glass, the certificate is in an envelope attached on the back. I have the certificate but do not have original packaging. In the bottom right hand corner of the frame are scratches from storage, picture # 12. There are red marks on the back from a sister frame poorly stored, see pictures of the back. Please review the pictures to see this up close.
