Disney Little Mermaid (1989) Framed Animation Cel. This cel set-up with background is from the Walt Disney animated full-length movie The Little Mermaid (1989) and features Scuttle helping to revive Prince Eric after being rescued by Ariel following his shipwreck. This scene is at the 25 minute, 12 second mark of the film (see TV photo). The cel bears the Walt Disney Company seal in the lower-left corner of the cel (see photos).

Cel is professionally framed and double-matted and has a sealed paper backing. 21" wide x 15" tall.
