Original Comic Strip Art Signed Donald Duck Walt Disney By Al Taliaferro Frame

Please see images and condition description. It is inscribed and signed "Walt Disney" but I believe this was done by Mr. Taliaferro and not Walt as I know his animators signed his name on various art works as he was bombarded with autograph requests. If it is indeed an original Disney signature, it would be worth much more. This was part of a collection of thousands of vintage toys at a San Diego area estate sale.

The collector was elderly and had collected since the 1960's. The frame is about 27 x 10 inches and the portion of the art that is showing is about 21 x 5 inches.
