This piece is an original Production cel of Scrooge McDuck from the 1987 featurette Sport Goofy in Soccermania. By watching this featurette you'll be able to match the approximate scene which is at the start when Scrooge McDuck is in his vault and talking to his nephews. The piece is layered over a very nice background of the vault. I believe it is a super high quality laser background but I have not taken the frame apart to precisely inspect the background.
The colors and lines are vivid in both the cel as well as the background. This is in a high quality frame that is structurally sound and in good condition. There are some scuffs and scratches on the frame but they don't (in my opinion) impact the cel's beauty. Scrooge McDuck's dimensions are approximately: 5.5 inches by 3.75 inches (widest part).
