This Cel is a Limited Edition hand-inked and hand-painted Cel from Walt Disney's animated classic Snow White and the Seven Dwarfs which was released in 1937.

This particular Cel is a Limited Edition Cel and was produced in 1993. It is 1 of only 5,000 Serigraph Cels.

Sometimes there are additional "publisher's proofs" for particular Cels. This edition had 500 additional publisher's proofs, therefore, there were only 5,500 Serigraph Cels produced. However, the publisher's proofs are not included in the official "Edition Size" which is stamped on the Cel. As you can see in the picture, the Edition Size of this Cel is 5,000. The Certificate of Authenticity reads in part, The techniques used in the production of this edition and the proofs thereof were approved by Disney Art Editions.

Conforming to the practice of fine-art printing, the screens used to create the edition were destroyed when the edition was completed.
