" Cel comes professionally framed and double-matted with a black inner-mat, white outer-mat, and a 2" scooped black ornate frame. Framed cel measures 23.75" wide x 19.5" high and looks outstanding! Framing and matting are in new condition, cel was in excellent shape prior to framing.
