You are purchasing a limited edition sericel titled, "Under the Sea Fantasy" from Walt Disney's animated film, The Little Mermaid. Sericel was created in 1999 to commemorate the 10th anniversary of the film. Cel comes professionally framed and matted with a white mat and a black wooden frame. Framed sericel measures 22" wide x 18" high and looks outstanding!

Framing and matting are in new condition, cel was also in excellent shape prior to framing. Comes with original certificate of authenticity.
